Personal Care At Home
If you need a reliable caregiver, we will be happy to match you with one of our screened and trained caregivers. Our caregivers can help with bathing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal prep, walking, transferring (out of bed, to the bathroom, etc), shopping, companionship, medication reminders, etc. They can also provide services in an assisted living facility if you more personalized care, they can help you transition from hospital & nursing facilities, and they can offer respite to family caregivers who need a much-needed break.

The "Choices For Independence" Program
Very few New Hampshire residents are aware of the benefits they could receive through an excellent program called "Choices For Independence" (CFI). CFI allows NH residents who are Medicaid eligible or active, who have a physical or mental ailment that pose a risk to their independence and safety, to receive personal care at home instead of moving to a facility. They can even elect a family member, friend, or neighbor to be their caregiver, and we work with CFI so that caregiver receives wages and benefits.
