Personal Care Services

These services include dressing; bathing; toileting (e.g. incontinence care); helping brushing hair, brushing teeth; oversight on those activities (e.g. hair/tooth brushing), clean bathroom after client care; helping with eating (e.g. setting plate, feeding); transferring (e.g. getting the client out of their wheelchair or bed, getting them to their bathroom); help them walk.

These services include everything in ADLs plus meal prep/cooking; helping with laundry; oversight and reminders to take medications; shopping for groceries and running errands; companionship; home exercise program; taking trash to the curb; light housekeeping, medication management (making sure the client is on schedule, or their med planner has been filled out).

This is a service for clients who qualify for the CFI program, where a CFI nurse manages medical changes, visits the client's home, fills out their medication planner, checks their vital signs, reminds them to take their medication, and addresses anything that needs attention.
